Flat- rate billing
At Vaughan we use flat-rate billing for all of our service repairs. We charge by the job as a whole, as opposed to charging an hourly rate which can prove to be costly. This way our technicians can focus on performing the job efficiently, without pressure of time constraint.
Precision Tune-up Services
Vaughan performs complete Tune-up services on Gas, Oil, Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning Systems. Depending you what type of system you own, this service can take anywhere from 45 - 90 minutes to complete. It is suggested that a Tune-up be performed each year on your heating and cooling system to ensure that it runs at its peak performance as well as increasing the life of you comfort equipment. When a Tune-up is performed annually it can save you up to 10% on your energy bills. When you purchase a System Service Plan with Vaughan, an annual Precision Tune-up is included with the agreement.
