We know that home heating and cooling systems are an investment, and can last 10-15 years if properly maintained. Vaughan is proud to offer annual HVAC maintenance plans.
Our VaughanCare Comfort Plans are designed to save you money by preventing an inconvenient breakdown and extending the life of your heating, cooling, water heating and indoor air quality equipment.
We offer four levels of protection plans (each plan includes both heat and AC coverage). No matter which VaughanCare Comfort Plan you choose, you are guaranteed the following benefits:
Two Annual Precision Tune-ups –
Includes 1 heater tune-up and 1 AC tune-up per year (each tune-up refers to 21 point inspection checklist).*
Reminder Service –
Our service department will personally remind you when it is time to schedule your next inspection.
Repair Warranty –
We stand by our repairs. Depending on the VaughanCare Plan you choose, you are entitled to a one-year, two-year or three-year warranty on all repairs performed.
At Vaughan, we strive to provide easy, affordable pricing on all HVAC service repairs, with no hidden costs or additional fees.
How does a Vaughan repair estimate work? For a set diagnostic fee, our Vaughan technician will come to your home and diagnose the issue. The technician will then give a flat-rate estimate for the required repair. Only with your agreement and approval will the technician perform the necessary repair work.
Repair Diagnostic Fee
We charge a flat diagnostic fee of $95 during regular business hours ($115 after hours). This fee covers the technician’s travel time to your home as well as time spent identifying the cause of your system malfunction. The diagnostic fee gives you access to a technician with the knowledge, expertise and experience to properly and accurately diagnose the source of the problem. Please note that VaughanCare Plan-holders may be eligible for discounts on the diagnostic fee. Learn more about VaughanCare.
Once the Vaughan technician has diagnosed your issue, he or she will provide you with a flat-rate estimate for the repair. Flat-rate pricing means you pay a fixed price regardless of how long it takes for the technician to complete the repair. Flat-rate pricing is designed to eliminate unpleasant cost surprises for homeowners, and to maintain transparency throughout the repair process.
Once you receive the repair estimate, it is your choice whether or not to proceed with the repair. We offer financing to assist with the cost of repairs, and the VaughanCare Protection Plan, which provides discounts and a variety of other benefits.
