AUTOMATIC DELIVERY PAYMENT TERMS
Effective August 1, 2013, the terms are as follows: full payment must be received within 30 days from date of delivery/service. In the instance that payment is not received within the given 30 period, our computer system will place a delivery hold on your account. Please see the delivery hold terms listed below. Once payment is received and the account is current, your account will be removed from delivery hold.

PROMPT PAY DISCOUNT
We still are pleased to offer a prompt pay discount when payment is received within 10 days of delivery. Payments received outside of the 10-day period will not be eligible for a prompt pay discount. For your convenience, we offer payment by check, debit or credit card via phone or website. This will ensure that your receive the discount that your are entitled.

LATE CHARGE COMPUTATION
A late payment FINANCE CHARGE of 1.5% per month will be added on any balance 30 days or more past due. (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE is 18%). The late charge is computed and accumulated daily based on the monthly rate divided by 30 days. The current late charge is not applied to previous late charges and is not charged on items in dispute. Finance charges accrued on the account are the responsibility of the account holder.

CHANGE IN ACCOUNT STATUS
Should you wish to change the status of your account (on any matter including service, delivery, installation, billing or payment option) please provide the office with 30 days written/verbal notice.

DELIVERY HOLD
If your account is placed on delivery hold for lack of payment, please note that any service calls (such as prime and start services or repairs necessary as the result of running out of oil) will be chargeable to your account. Once payment has been received, please allow up to 48 hours for your delivery to be released.

Please contact our office with any questions or concerns in regards to the credit terms above. Online access to your account is now available via our website, which allows you to view your transaction history, make payment, view your equipment, etc.
